How can I disable SMS alerts?

Thanks for contacting us.

You can disable the SMS alerts by pausing the Notification Template. You can go to Setup > Account Settings > Notification Templates. In here you can review which of the notification templates has SMS configuration for notifications and you can then pause the entire notification template.
