Anyone has any experience with getting ticket info from freshcerice? We want to have a number of unassigned tickets on our prtg dashboard.

Thank you for your post.

You could use the freshdesk API to retrieve the ticket information. You can then try to use a HTTP XML/REST Value or a Rest Custom sensor to monitor this.
