Hi. I would like to use a PRTG sensor that can monitor the time when emails are NOT received in a box, with a certain subject. Basically we have an IT service (Barracuda Cloud) that sends us emails with a specific subject. It is a critical service to our OUTLOOK account. We want to place a sensor to alert us if more than XX days pass without receiving emails from that service, since lately this service stopped working, we were not notified and we had a security incident. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
IMAP Sensor. How to monitor time without receiving emails with a subject?

Hello,
- You can use the IMAP Sensor to filter for specific sensor massages.
- By selecting "If No Email Matches the Above Filters, Set sensor to down status" in the sensor settings, the sensor will be down/red if you didn't receive it
- Afterwards you can add a Notification Trigger (State Trigger): "When sensor state is Down for at least XX seconds, perform notification" (you need to calculate days into seconds).
