I would like to send e-mail notifications using different From: users depending on the type of notification. I populate my ticketing systems with these e-mails, and whoever the sender is determines the requester in the ticket system. So for Sev1 type alerts I like it to be from a certain sender, and for other type tickets from a different sender. Helps me greatly when reporting on tickets.

At this time, we only have the ability to configure a single sender email address.
