i am newbie in PRTG, i have logged in using a username and password, and entered lots of data in it. now it is not logging with same username and password, i have used forget password option, but i am not getting any mail in my primary email whereas prtg says new password is sent to email. please?

Hi there,
We don't store credentials from PRTG installations. Please use PRTG Administration Tool to reset the password of your PRTG administrator account. It's a separate application on the host where PRTG is installed.
