Would like to check if PRTG is able to poll from a custom port like eg. port 200 ?
For my device, i will be stating as 192.X.X.X:200 ?

You can define a custom port in tab Settings of your device in option Credentials for SNMP Devices. For more detailed information, please take a look here.
