Hello dear, please if possible on prtg to auto update sencors ? let me explain; i have a router with more interface configured and monitor in prtg, so if i update some interface(rename) or i add another interface, PRTG can it update the modifications I made to the router ?

You can add Sensor automatically via the Auto Discovery feature of PRTG: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/auto_discovery
In addition, you can enable the automatic port name update in the SNMP compatibility options so that the SNMP Traffic Sensor updates its name: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000063099-automatically-update-port-name-and-number-for-snmp-traffic-sensors-when-the-device-changes-them
