not receiving any messages form SNMP traps

I've verified that the server is receiving the traps and that SNMP v2c is being sent form remote host in Wireshark

even the counter in the trap receiver sensors increase , however no messages are shown.

I've also tried adding the mibs/oid files to the correct folder till no messages form the traps

please assist

Have you configured a notification template for the SNMP traps to test it? Here's more on this: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/notifications_settings#trap

If yes, go to the Logs tab | System Events | Notification Related. What does it show when you test the notification?

My issue ended up being an incorrect time zone configuration on the server ,once I configured the time zone traps started showing up.
