I wanted to know if there's a way to curate the messages and send only portion that you want in email notifications.

The filters only filters by the whole snmp trap.

I would like to know if I can send a notification or get alerts containing only a single OID from the entire snmp message.

Currently the snmp trap receiver place holder in a notification template it only returns the "last 20 messages" in the the notification. I'd like to be able to filter the message itself in the notification.
