Hello, We're getting the following error message on all of our SNMP sensors after upgrading our Windows 7 probe to the current version of PRTG: Could not create SNMP Session (-3000)-2011
I already tried to restart the PRTG Probe Service with no avail
Please try to install the latest VC++ addons (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0) in order to make this work again properly. It has worked for some of our customers.
Apart from that, you should upgrade, as Windows 7 is EOL since January 2020 :)
