Hi,

I am unable to access prtg through Ios without VPN.

Is there a better way of configuring it without reverse proxy setup ?

Thank you for your message.

The mobile application of PRTG requires a "direct" access to the PRTG server to be able to connect. Therefore, I'm afraid that using a VPN or a reverse proxy are the main solutions to use the application from outside.

Please notice that the second option might affect certain features in the application as it is not natively supported.
