I was very glad that keyboard shortcuts for tools appeared, and immediately got upset that they did not work.

I was not even lazy and found the instruction, but nothing helps - the keyboard shortcuts do not work.

The tools I created are called correctly from the context menu, but when I try to call them with the F6 - F12 keys, an error occurs: Invalid operations. You cannot permorm this shorcut operation

Q: since you've created four default Device tools , why not assign keyboard shortcuts to them right away? You have to create a duplicate to get a hotkey to launch.

In regards to shortcuts there are only some of them enabled for PRTG desktop. Here's more information about this: https://manuals.paessler.com/prtgdesktop/prtgdesktop.pdf refer to the "Appendix" section at the end.

The shortcut were available for Enterprise Console but this tool has been deprecated. https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/shortcuts_overview_enterprise_console
