I have one server that has to keep TLS 1.0 enabled. Is there a way I can do either of these things?

- Send email when TLS 1.0 is disabled?
- Send daily email report for one server, showing the TLS portion? (SSL Security Check (Port 443) report)

You are already referring to the SSL Security Check sensor? Does it already show valid data for that purpose and would a daily report of that sensor be sufficient?

Yes, it would if the report can be automated and only contain the one server.

Yes, this is possible.

If you read the article How to set up reports in PRTG in 5 easy steps, it is pretty straightforward. You can select the single sensor from the "Select Sensors Manually" tab and schedule the report to be send via email once a day.
