After installing our new ESXI 7.0 HP proliant servers, upgrading from ESXI 6.5 (Also proliant) I'm finding the VMware Hardware Status SOAP sensor no longer works.
It shows as "No Channel". Whereas our 6.5 ones are working without issue.
Same root PW inherited, the host performance sensor works no problem on these new hosts.
Confirmed updated to latest version of PRTG.
Head scratching time!

Hello there,
For SOAP Sensors PRTG directly uses the results it gets returned. You can also take a look at those results by activating "Store Result" in the sensor setting.
If there is no information included here, I would recommend to get in touch with VMWare, so they can check why there is no information returned.
