I'm not sure how I should describe the "problem". In our PRTG monitoring is a sensor that check the windows update status. If there are updates not installed it comes a warning (i think that is per default). We have a group of users the don't want that the messages is send to warnings, the want a own group for the windows update messages.
The question is, is that possible or not?
I'm not so familiar with PRTG but I learn every day new things :)

To differentiate, which users receive which notification, you will have to create different notification templates.
In the notification templates, you define to which users the notification is sent to. Depending on your needs, you can then configure one or more notification templates in the sensors "notification triggers" section, to define which users will receive the notifications.
