Hello all,

Lately, I haven't been able to generate PDF reports. PRTG is installed on a Windows 2012 server. HTML works fine. I have increased the timeout to 7200 but to no avail.

I am checking the Event Logs for the Print Spooler (which is running) but can't see the PRTG server is even trying to use the service.

Regarding the issue with the generation of PDF report, I invite you to open a support request by sending us a support bundle via the menu Setup > Contact Support. We will then have a look at the logs of the server and check if there is anything going wrong there.

This has been fixed by uninstalling the npcap and reinstalling PRTG.
