Hello guys , i installed prtg a month ago and yesterday i found more than 500 sensors paused . i tried to reload them in vain .

Kindely help or give some piece of advises.

Hello,
There are different causes why sensors could by paused. Please check your corresponding settings:

- Paused by Dependency
- Paused by Schedule
- Paused Manually. (In this case you can just resume them again at the sensor context menu)
- Paused by license. (In this case you would need a different license in order to use more sensors. If there's a need, please reach out to us at sales@paessler.com).

as for that issue , i think it has been paused by licence , but the fact is that the licence should end by two years.
