I'm trying to monitor a trunk status on avaya IPO pbx.
I'm using a snmp custom string sensor looking for a value string on a specific OID
I've the specific error but it don't turn green when the error is resolved
I need help thanks

The SNMP Custom String sensor monitors a string returned by a specific object identifier (OID) via the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). Let me share with you our KB article about how to set up this sensor correctly.

In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, I would kindly suggest you create a ticket at Suppport@paessler.com, so that We can have a better look at how you have your sensor configured.
