Active Directory Sync Group

Hello ,

I am using prtg program.

I created a user group, but I cannot see the people I have just added to the group on prtg.

What can i do ?

The users will be added once they login for the first time when you are using Active Directory integration.

Thank you for answer. i did these and it works fine but when i add people to groups i created for prtg i can't see the person i added on prtg.

Hello tinci,

An AD user account in PRTG is only created when the user login for the first time.
