Hi All! I am new to PRTG. I want to enable email notification on PRTG. Currently I am monitoring network devices on LAN. I want to enable notifications if sensor went down then I want to receive email.

PRTG server is installed on our LAN network. Email server is located on Cloud.

How can I do that?

Regarding Email notification, I invite you to configure the SMTP settings under Setup > System Administration > Notification Delivery (/systemsetup.htm?tabid=3). There you can configure the address of your SMTP relay server as well as port and encryption.
