Hi there,
It's relatively straightforward - you can set up the pre-canned PRTG integration in OpsGenie to consume notifications (through the "Execute HTTP Action" option). Through this, OpsGenie can receive a callback with a lot of information when your sensor goes down and creates an alert (which is then routed based on your settings). You can manipulate the content of the alert on the OpsGenie side based on the payload.
Additionally, OpsGenie can automatically close down the alert when your sensor goes back up, and the integration is also capable of sending the Acknowledge action back to PRTG from OpsGenie using the API, so you don't need to ack the alert in both tools.
