Hi All, good afternoon! I'm looking for some ITSM or Service Desk Tool that has some native integration with PRTG, to open Incidents. Somebody can give some advice here? If can tell me also if have an experience with some free tool it's good.

We currently are not aware of any ITSM or service desk tool that has a native integration with PRTG. The easiest way would be to use email notifications, to open tickets in the service desk tool. This approach should work with every service desk tool that is able to create tickets/incidents out of received emails.
