We have a few Cisco C240 M4 Servers and some show this error, we already try to update some vib. We see the issue also on CIM on the esxi itself, but no solution so far...

This message often appears after an update of the ESX environment and most likely caused due to cached values in the VMWare HTTP API, that is been queried by PRTG and which returns those values.
You could try the solutions suggested in this article. If this does not work, then the only solution would be to use the "Do not show unknown states" option in the sensor.

We have the same problem on all our Dell M630 and M620 recently upgraded to esxi 6.7U3
Is there any news on this side, I'm also not really happy with the ignore workaround.
Best Regards
