Marking sensors/devices as favorite also available for readonly users

User story
As a prtg user, I want to be able to mark sensors and/or devices as my 'favorite', even when I have no 'write' rights on that object.
At the moment only in the web-interface an error is shown.
Acceptance criteria
- User is able to mark/unmark sensors as favorite where he has 'write' rights
- User is able to mark/unmark sensors as favorite where he has 'readonly' rights
- User is able to mark/unmark devices as favorite where he has 'write' rights
- User is able to mark/unmark devices as favorite where he has 'readonly' rights
- Works in prtg-desktop
- Works in the web-interface
