We have a number of alerts "Warning" for which we have created tickets.
How to identify a Warning to which we have associated a ticket?
is it possible to acknowledge receipt of the Warning?
Thanking you for your feedback

Hello,
Thank you for your KB-post.
When you click on "Tickets", you can see, in the list of all tickets, to which objects (sensors) are tickets associated. Other than that, I am afraid that there are no other possibilities. For example, it is not possible to click on list of all alarms and to identify which warnings have already tickets associated and which not; sorry.
For now, PRTG still does not have an option to acknowledge sensors in warning state. However, you can vote this feature request in the following KB-article: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/81342-open-acknowledge-sensors-in-warning-state
Best regards
