User story
As a PRTG user, I want to have a more secure method to pause a sensors.
Details of user story
Since several administrators in our company work on our customers' monitoring systems it occasionally happens that sensors or objects are permanently paused. For traceability, it would be advantageous if an entry had to be made in the “pause object” dialog under “message” when pausing, so that the sensor can be paused. The administrators are then forced to enter the internal case number, for example, and other administrators can understand more quickly why the sensor or object was paused.
Acceptance criteria
- Criterion #1
- Criterion #2 This basically gives us a set of cornerstones that need to be there in order for the feature to be implemented.
