We have moved our PRTG core installation to a new server using the configuration backup from the existing server. As a result, the new server does not have the credentials for its own probe saved in its configuration. When I try to alter the access code or GID of the local probe on the new server it is greyed out, how can I mitigate this?
How do I change the GID or access key of my local probe?

Hello,
Thank you for your response.
It is not possible to change the access key or GID of a Local Probe. Do you see any connection issues between your Local Probe and the PRTG core server?
Kind regards,
