Greetings,

I have a PRTG network monitor server recently been powered off, I just power it on today, but found it cannot be opened outside the server, I can only reached out it from its loopback address(127.0.0.1), by checking the server's interfaces, I found no public listening on port 80 or 443, PRTG Core Server Service and PRTG Probe Service are all running as expected, what I can do to let its web services listen on outside of the server?

Thank you in advance:)

Hello there,

The first step would be opening the PRTG Administration Tool and checking the PRTG Webserver tab. Here you can configure which port should be available for the according available network interfaces.
