Regarding your question, it is indeed possible to monitor USB drive connected on Synology NAS.
To do so, you have the possibility to use the standard [[https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/snmp_disk_free_sensor|SNMP Disk Free] or even the SSH Disk Free sensor.
The disk will then be detected as volumeUSB, as illustrated on the screenshot below:
