Settings changes not saving

I am on version 20.4.64.1402. I needed to update Windows credentials for Device Group. After changing the password, the change is not saved. I have used IE, Chrome, Firefox. I have been on the PRTG server, using the Web console. I had two co-workers log in and try to make the change. No luck. Any suggestions? This is first time this has occurred and we change the passwords every 180 days.

Are you able to save other settings for that object? Does the password contain pointy brackets by any chance? Are the Sensors of the device complaining about wrong credentials or what does indiciate that the password is not saved? :)
