Why is PRTG Network Monitor on my Windows 10 PC?

I found PRTG Network Monitor on my Windows 10 PC and I have no idea how it got there. I did not explicitly download this software. Did it come with a recent Windows 10 update?

PRTG is not part of Windows updates; in the "Programs & Features" panel of the System Administration, it should disclose when it was installed. Does that ring any bell?
