Did you followed this Blog article regarding Teams notifications ? If that's not the case, please do so.

The URL to acknowledge the sensors is not correct, you should indeed have the following request: /api/acknowledgealarm.htm?id=SENSORID&ackmsg=MESSAGE&username=PRTGUSER&passhash=PASSHASH

Please, let us know how you configured the notifications.
