I need to capture some metrics regarding the use of PRTG. When an alert is triggered, can i generate a report telling me how long it was before it was acknowledged, paused or cleared?
I will like to run this report for all alerts say over a week or month.

Thank you for your message.
I'm afraid that PRTG doesn't have native report for this. However, you can use the custom tool Status2Email from PRTG Tools Family.
