We do have a customer with alot of sensors. Under the customers remote probe there is a group with sensors, that only the customers are reacting on.
Is it possible to hide those sensors (when error) so that they will not show up in our dashboard?
Currently I have added a tag "dontshow" the that group, ande then changed the link "statusinfo downsens display80" to not showing those sensors with the "dontshow" tag. But they still gets countet in the icons...
I'm not sure if it makes any sense but I will give it a shot :)

All good, your request is perfectly understandable but unfortunately not viable. A map object usually refers to a device, group or object and also shows the states accordingly. As monitoring tool PRTG strives to preferably show errors rather than hiding them, so it is not possible to change this.
