have several factor sensors. Some channels are showing up on the maps for certain hosts, but some channels are not showing up for other hosts. Very strange. What should I be checking?
"security" host
#1:Used CPU (%) Channel(2184,0) #2:Used Memory (%) 100 - Channel(2186,0) #3:Used Space (C:) 100 - Channel(2195,1) #4:Used Space (E:) 100 - Channel(2196,1) #5:Used Space (F:) 100 - Channel(2197,1)
"management" host

Hello,
Can you check in the channel settings to make sure the option to hide the channel from graphs isn't selected.

Hello,
Can you make the following adjustments?
#2:Used Memory (%) (100 - Channel(2190,0))
Let me know if that works.

Hello,
Can you remove the '100 - ' from the channels? Let's see if we can isolate the issue.

I *can*, but please understand the exact same syntax works just fine on other nodes.

Hello,
Yes, I'm just trying to troubleshoot here. Can you try that and let me know if it works or not?

I did, it didn't. Is there any better way to get support? I'm not sure why your organization 'moderates' every single post. It just slows things down to a crawl. 3 or 4 back and forths has taken 5 days.

Hello,
Yes, go ahead an open a support ticket through the Contact Support link at the bottom of your PRTG web interface. Mention this KB article you opened so whoever gets the ticket can get up to speed.
