Hello,

Thank you for your message.

The OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.6574.1.5.1 is defined for the model name of a Synology NAS according to the documentation of Synology: https://global.download.synology.com/download/Document/Software/DeveloperGuide/Firmware/DSM/All/enu/Synology_DiskStation_MIB_Guide.pdf

However, to be able to get the value, you have to use 1.3.6.1.4.1.6574.1.5.1.0 (with .0 at the end) as displayed in the SNMP MIB Importer.

SNMP MIB Importer

To get the model name in PRTG, you can use the SNMP Custom String sensor whose manual is right here: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/snmp_custom_string_sensor

Kind regards.
