We have a problem with electricity and we want to generate a report for Admin. sample, easy to understand, and non-technical report. for example: device name - downtime(date) - downtime(time) - period of downtime

Thank you for your post.

It is not possible to create a report like that in PRTG. The closest report that you could create is by using one of the "Data Table" report templates. The report will then have the information about how much time the sensor was in Down state, and the scanning intervals during which the sensor was Down will be marked red.
