We have dozens of notification templates that I would like to be able to get into a spreadsheet so that I can more easily compare them against each other.

Ideally, I would be able to export the notification templates to spreadsheet where it would, at the very least, list the template name and the users that are contacted. Is that possible?

Unfortunately no, at this time we do not have anything that would export this data.
