I'm currently running Monitor 17.2.32.2279+ and am looking into upgrading to version 20.3.61.1649 and I have some questions as I'm new to the system:
Can this be upgraded directly or do I need to install any other versions before going to 20.3.61.1649?
Are there any other considerations I should be making?

You can update from the 17.232.2279 to the latest PRTG version 20.3.61.1649 directly. You only need to make sure that you still have active maintenance (can be checked under Setup>License). You can then update by going to Setup>Auto Update>Status and check for new updates.
Before the update, please make sure that your server meets our system requirements.
