Not able to ping from PRTG

Having intermittent ping issue to multiple WAN IP via PRTG but able to ping via Server cmd at the same time

Hi there,

please validate that PRTG uses the same network interface as the CMD if you have multiple installed on the server. You can also define this in the "PRTG Administration Tool" on the corresponding Probe server.
