User Story
As a PRTG User, I want to have the WMI Multichannel disk sensor updated to include mount points as well. Alternately, a separate multichannel disk space sensor that could include all partitions, even those not using drive letters.
Details of User Story
Scenario: Our Windows SQL servers utilize mount points for mounting upwards of 30 drives on some servers. this makes it very cumbersome to monitor disk usage; we have to create individual sensors for each mount point. It also ties up many sensors, when a single multichannel sensor would work. There is also a greater chance of missing adding a sensor when adding a drive, as opposed to having a multichannel sensor that includes "all" drives.
Acceptance criteria
- Multichannel sensor that includes drives with both a drive letter and drives with only mount points (all mounted partitions on the system)
- WMI or SNMP would be acceptable
