User Story
As a PRTG User, I want to be able to disable the automatic sensor rescan.
Details of User Story
With most sensors after a failed scan PRTG performs an immediate re-scan and only if these both fail, the sensor goes into down state. Users should have an option to disable this re-scan so that the sensor will revert into down state immediately.
Acceptance criteria
Option to disable the automatic sensor rescan
