Hello Daniel,
PRTG can execute SSH scripts with the SSH Script Sensor. The SSH Script sensor connects to a Linux/Unix system via Secure Shell (SSH) and executes a script file located on the target system.
As an alternative, I would recommend to take a look here. Please note that we can't give any support for this, since it's not native.
