hello, I want to ask, how to make the alarm display based on the down for time sequence? and I want to show it on maps.

If you want to receive a notification whether a certain value is reached for a certain period of time, I recommend to use the threshold trigger.
However, if you want to switch the Sensor into the Down state, it's not possible to do this with a period limit.
