Lets say you have a web page www.someting.com with a login. It's it possible to monitor login time? I would like to get an alert if it takes more then X seconds

If the website is using basic authentication, you can use the HTTP Advanced Sensor to monitor the loading the time. Alternatively this article might be of interest of you.
