I'm curious if there's a way to generate an alert based the total amount of time a bandwidth sensor has exceeded the configured threshold value over specified period of time. I know how to make an alert if 100Mbps+ of bandwidth is used continuously for an hour, but what we are looking for is how to alert if there is a combined 1 hour of time where 100Mbps+ of bandwidth was used during the past 24 hours?
Alert based on total time bandwidth threshold was exceeded over period of time

Hello there,
I'm afraid this is not possible in default. A workaround would be to define a notification template which executes a HTTP action and modifies another sensor(e.g. Green IT sensor). This new sensor you could modify to state "Error" and define a notification that after an amount of time (e.g. 24 hours) it will notify you (e.g. via e-mail).
For more detailed information about custom notifications, please take a look here.
Kind regards
