I need to activate the prtg key in another installation because the current server is faulty. For this, what should I do?

Please make sure to log in with an administrative user here. If it is still not displayed, please open a case (support@paessler.com) and provide us with a screenshot of the license interface.

Hi there,
Therefore, please go to Setup | License and click Deactivate this License. Afterwards you can activate the license on a new system. The license will still work for 30 days on your old server.
