hi . sorry for my English . i have prtg server in central office,i add branch office with its wan ip address to get snmp messages but none of the sensors work ,even ping sensor. i have ipsec tunnel with my branch office ,when i'm adding it with tunnel ip address all the sensors are working but i need to ad it with wan ip . shat should be the problem ?

In order for the sensors to work, PRTG needs to be able to reach the target device. As long as PRTG is not bale to reach your branch office via the WAN IP address, the sensor can not work. You could check if there is something blocking the connection on either side.
