I used the KBs for getting and importing my devices MIBs into PRTG. I put the file in the ..\PRTG Network Monitor\snmplibs but when I try and add an snmp library sensor, my new file is not in there. I see previously added ones, but not my new one. I have have restated PRTG and still no luck.
Any suggestions??

Yes I used that KB to do the import.
I just tried to reload the Lookups and File Lists. It still does not show up.
I just re-did the whole process and reimported the MIBs and converted to .oidlib file. I reloaded the Lookups and File Lists and it still will not show int the SNMP Library.
From my most recent Import. Not sure why some of them failed to import, but some did import so I would think I should see something in the SNMP Library.
Import successful!

Hi Toby,
Did you convert your .MIB files to .oidlib files as described here? Normally a PRTG restart should already do the trick, but in this case I would manually load the file list once again. In PRTG head over to Setup | System Administration | Administrative Tools. Here, click on Load Lookups and File Lists.
Does this work out for you?
