I have NetFlow running on a Meraki MX450. It is showing as gray/unknown and has last been up around 7 days ago but it obviously receives data as it is scanned every 15 minutes and the data updated. I have no idea what to do to make it become green/Up because I am very new with PRTG and I did not set it up. Also, I have no idea how to check if I have a remote probe installed which, I'm assuming has to be installed and already is installed in my case.

Arne, Thank you so much for your response. I ran the test and one template sat for a couple of seconds in the unassigned flows column but then moved its way to the templates received column with another one following, so I have a total of two templates. The incoming flows also all carry volume data. Is there anything else I should try to resolves this issue?

Hello,
in that case please contact us at support@paessler.com. Send a description of the issue and attach screenshots of the sensor (overview tab, settings tab) and of the tester.
We might need further information, but that would be a good start.

Hello,
in order to find out if proper and compatible NetFlow packets are arriving at the PRTG host, please use our NetFlow Tester: https://www.paessler.com/tools/netflowtester
Please make sure that the actual NetFlow Sensor configured in PRTG is paused indefinitely while testing. Please check if the incoming flows carry volume data (last number).
